Greens Creek – Gruyere style with some Swiss attributes. A beautiful batch made with the spring milk. *Cheese Club Special Release.
Fat Tailed Tomme – 100% Sheep Milk Manchego Style. Olive Oil rubbed rind. Complex, leafy sweetness. Paired with included spiced cookies.
Autumn Spice – Creamy cheese with Valencia Orange Peel, Nutmeg, Basil and Rosemary pressed into the rind. Lightly spiced throughout with a hint of citrus at the end. *Cheese Club Special Release
Smoked Paprika Havarti – Mild & creamy Havarti flavored with Oak Smoke Paprika.
Vintage Cheddar – An amazing batch of 6 year old cheddar. Rich, sharp, crumbly yet holds creaminess. Paired with included Fig Spread.
